Teatri del Vento dalla fine degli anni 90 crea, sviluppa e gestisce progetti e iniziative, sia in Italia che all’estero, che spaziano tra ricerca, pedagogia e produzione in ambito scenico e performativo, valorizzando l’esistente ed interagendo sovente con luoghi e contesti non convenzionali con intenti di esplorazione, condivisione e riqualificazione.
Siamo la sostanza, lo spirito ed il risultato delle nostre azioni.
Siamo audacia, siamo errore, siamo conferma, siamo viandanza, siamo eccitazione, siamo voler essere primi, siamo anche poter essere ultimi, siamo un non siamo, modulazione di esistenze negli affacci reciproci, su piani e dimensioni differenti, ma che si guardano e talvolta compenetrano, siamo ricerca di sintesi, siamo consapevoli di essere in scatola ogni volta che cerchiamo di comunicare chi siamo, per questo facciamo.
Siamo comunque teatro, ricerca, performance, politica, centro, emergenza, protesta, spiritualità, poesia, siamo attori, educatori, spazio, vento, terra, strada, comunità, spettacolo, partecipazione, spettatore, cellula e costellazione, soli, lune, pianeti, stelle, padri e madri in cerca di riconoscere figli dispersi, con grandi mani e braccia lunghe che afferrano ora salde ora fragili quelle dei nostri maestri, siamo ambizione che a tratti si fa grazia, siamo smania di certezze, natura di curiosità, atomi, sfere e sistemi in movimento, siamo Giovanni, Mariella, Viola, Roberta, Carlo, Sara, Marcella, Stefano, Valentina, Luca, Matteo, Riccardo, Sabrina, Laura, Annamaria, Marco, Claudia, Elena, Debora, Nina, Max, Nadia, Elisabetta, Michelle, quelli che sono passati e quelli che arriveranno, siamo ricerca di arte del vivere, trama e coscienza di presenze in divenire, siamo la sospensione di vuoto tra una parola e l’altra, una ritmica diffusa ed informale, un anelito al costruire insieme per contemplare la vertigine delle dissolvenze e creare spazi e tempi.
Siamo la sostanza, lo spirito ed il risultato delle nostre aspirazioni.
Since the late 1990s, Teatri del Vento has been creating, developing, and managing projects and initiatives — both in Italy and internationally — that span research, pedagogy, and production in the theatrical and performing arts fields. Its work focuses on enhancing existing resources and frequently engaging with non-traditional spaces and contexts, with the aim of exploration, sharing, and requalification.
We are the substance, the spirit, and the outcome of our actions.
We are audacity, we are error, we are confirmation, we are excitement, we wander. We yearn to be the first, but also grasp at the possibility of being the last.
We are a not-being, an exchange of existences on the verge of encountering across different levels and dimensions that sometimes look at one another, sometimes permeate. We are a quest for synthesis.
We feel in a box every time we try to say who we are —this is why we act.
We are, nonetheless, theatre: research, performance, politics, centre, emergency, protest, spirituality, poetry. We are actors and mentors, we are space, wind, earth, street, community, show, participation and spectator; cell and constellation; suns, moons, planets, stars; fathers and mothers seeking with arms outstretched to recognize lost children, the same hands and arms that now firmly, now fragilely grasp those of our teachers. We are ambition that at times becomes grace, we crave for certainties, we are a nature made of curiosity; atoms, spheres, and systems in motion.
We are Giovanni, Mariella, Viola, Roberta, Carlo, Sara, Marcella, Stefano, Valentina, Luca, Matteo, Riccardo, Sabrina, Laura, Annamaria, Marco, Claudia, Elena, Debora, Nina, Max, Nadia, Elisabetta, Michelle ; those who have passed through and the ones yet to come.
We are a pursuit of the art of living, the awareness of intertwined presences in becoming. We are the suspended void between one word and another, a diffused and informal rhythm, a longing to build together in order to contemplate the vertigo of dissolving forms and to create new spaces and times.
